I had 4000 miles on my 2013 ford F150 pickup truck and the front tires started to rib badly on the inside and out. They realigned the front end and would not warranty the damage to replace the two front tires. Service manager started to yell at me accusing me of being unreasonable. Totally unwarranted. I will never buy another vehicle from Berge Ford, Mesa, AZ. Their service department is horrible.

This was a rather complicated transaction that could have only been handled by the most competent people. Both Craig and Nathan not only provided accurate information, they also offered some excellent options that made the entire transaction proceed very smoothly. No detail was too small and no request was too much. They not only made it fun, but jumped through every hoop to make sure the process was the best I've ever experienced. And you know what? It was the best car buying experience I've ever had in the past 50 years. I recommend them both wholeheartedly. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did!

By far the best sales and finance experience. We were treated respectfully and not as a pay check. From the moment we drove onto the lot, through the test drives and ending with a free tank of gas and a carwash over a week later the customer service was 100%. I believe that customer service is dead in most businesses these days, not at Berge Ford. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

This is our 4th new car in 25 years of marriage and this was truly the BEST experience; price wise and deliverance of committments. Amazing, truly. My partner and I actually purchased 2 Ford Flex's from Berge Ford at the same time. We spent almost $46,000. Both of these cars had some issues that were not addressed during their "inspection" before placing them on the lot to re-sale. Once I had time to have my car looked at for these issues(about 60 days after purchase) I was told that it was past the 30 day window and I was now financially responsible for having these issues repaired. I received the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE with everyone in the service department when trying to work through "who was responsible" for the repairs. The only thing that Berge would fix was the alignment on my car and as the Used Car Sales Manager said, "it's a courtesy because you purchased 2 cars." This was my third purchase with Berge Ford and I promise it will be the last. I plan on using the "free oil change" but I have NO intentions of utilizing Berge Ford's service for any of my car's maintenance. I am a disabled veteran and work for the VA. I plan to tell everyone that I come in contact with that Berge Ford has the worst customer service and never purchase a vehicle. Customer

Sergio is very friendly and LISTENS to what you need. . . he will make suggestions based on what the mechanics find. . these are items you should do, here are some things you should save up, OK for now. . but will need to get it handled in the future. . . John in Sales was also very helpful and listened to our needs. . . Overall GREAT TEAM. . .

The service sucked. My truck doesn't work right. And u guys don't want to make it right. Pathetic!!!! It never went through the multi point inspection like they promised. I've spent hundreds just trying to get it into normal working condition. My radio doesn't work right the brakes were almost illegal when I got it. Oil was over due for a change and the air filter was so clogged that it would of been better with out one. I got ripped off big time and think its said you guys don't want to do anything about it.. It was like pulling trying to get the brakes legal and actually working!!!!!
