We start with a cumulative 210 years in the automotive industry, 136 years of experience as a Service Advisor and 78 years of service with Berge Ford.
Their knowledge in, not only customer service, but in Ford products is second to none.
Our Advisors are there to answer questions and provide you with first class service. From the moment you enter the service area, one of our Service Advisors will handle all your service needs. They understand preventative maintenance and will make sure you know the manufacturer's recommendations based on your vehicle's time and/or miles driven. When there is a mechanical issue, they know the right questions to ask so our factory trained technicians can get to the core concern as quickly as possible. Their ability to follow thru on all your needs sets them apart from all the rest.
